Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, retail media, digital advertising, e-commerce, or a similar data-driven environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency.
- Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems, programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, and attribution methodologies.
- Attract and retain quality, high-paying customers
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance and identify key revenue growth opportunities.
- Experience working within FMCG organizations and/or multi-country business environments is an advantage.
- Advanced experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and international markets.
- Strong stakeholder management, project planning, and prioritization capabilities.
